Home of Kimekai Karate in Moonah

Ninja Lab is the home of Kimekai Karate in Moonah, delivering technical, structured karate training aligned with national standards and development pathways. Our program supports students from 4 years through to adults, from beginners to advanced athletes. Training is led by nationally recognised coaches with deep experience in mental skills training, athlete development, safeguarding, and inclusive practice. We also run Kimekai karate classes at our second space in Mount Stuart.

Leadership & Athlete Development Pathways

Ninja Lab provides inclusive leadership pathways, mentoring, and hands‑on coaching opportunities for teens and adults who want to grow their communication skills, teaching ability, and confidence.

We support athletes who want to grow their capability and competitive potential - from grassroots through to high‑performance international level. Our athlete development streams include technical refinement, strength and conditioning, mental skills training, access to funding and sponsorship support, and interstate/international competition opportunities.
